•Plan his sales calls within the territory / channel assigned to him using the various techniques such as: Forecast by customer/routing plan/coverage and strike rate forecasts/customers card, etc so as to increase the market share.
•Sell company brands to customers according to the plans through the direct sales (Cash van) / presale (Credit sales)
•Follow up the sale until delivery through market visits and the WH delivery status reports on daily basis.
•Responsible for the availability of the products to avoid any shortage, and increase the level of customer satisfaction.
•Responsible of the money collection for his sales according to the company policy in collection to avoid any collection problems.
•Gather competitive information through the daily market visits to be aware of the competitors activities and reporting them
•Perform field visits to the company’s customers, verify the level of stocks available, and offer them advice about the need to reorder or inform them about the availability of new products, and take their orders and document them.
•Comply with annual sales plans and take all necessary measures to achieve the desired growth of the company’s sales.
•Build a market database including supply and demand and prices and competitors' activities.
•Review database of clients and update periodically.
•Study customer complaints and follow-up with the concerned department to resolve them as soon to maintain customer satisfaction.
•Contact key customers and conduct field visits to update them with the latest developments related to company new offers or products.
•Follow up after sale activities, so as to gain the trust of the client and convey the best image of the company.
•Write periodic reports regarding visits or if there is any problem or complaint from the client.
•Continuously communicate with customers and ensure meeting their expectations in terms of quality and services provided.
•Achieve the targeted financial achievement as per the sales plan.
•Follow-up levels of products return from customer and stores.
•Visit customers according to schedules for collection of accounts receivable, inventory levels, receiving returns and to identify products consumption levels.
•Develop periodic reports related to the activities of the department
•Handle any other work related activities as per the direction of the direct Manager.

- 1 - 3 years’ experience in a related field
